Civilians and community members are welcome to shop, donate, consign, and volunteer at the Rock Island Arsenal Attic Thrift Shop. Stop by the visitor’s center to obtain a yearly visitor’s pass. You will need a driver’s license, or state issued ID, and will be asked to complete an installation application. Yearly passes are good at any gate and can be renewed at the expiration.
